If you want to successfully finish an Ultra Trail, you need preparation, training, and strategy. TRM with the Coaches, Elite Athletes and professionals has developed a package of services that can help you to hit the goal.

The required investment starts from just over 1 Euro per day and success is guaranteed!

You can start with a simple Test that evaluates the basic parameters and gives you indications on your training level and how to improve.

You still have time to opt for a 3-month training plan for the UTMB, the CCC, the TDS, Tor des Geants, Tor Dret or another ultra, which will take you to the finish line after all the investment what did you do in time and money! 

The personalized training plan is tailor-made for you by your Coach who will follow you up to the starting line.

Do you like running in Groups? Or, do you have difficulties organizing by yourself a multi-day workout? Yes, we are talking about what is needed when preparing a UTMB or a TOR des Geants!

Participate in the TRM Camp Mont Blanc. A group endurance training (TRM Camp) of 2 or 4 days in the high mountains, together with the TRM Coaches – trainers and Finisher athletes of the Transpyrenea 900K, Tor des Geants®, the UTMB® – during which you can perfect running techniques and nutrition, experimenting micro-sleeps, asking for advice on gear and competition management and… having fun.

Digital Strategic Marketing Director - certified Innovation Manager - in multinational companies, she is still today the only Italian female athlete to have ran 900 km and 55,000m D+ in the mountains in a single stage race (Transpyrenea 2016, 3rd women overall). She counts numerous Podiums and international Victories on races over 100k. She holds a SNaQ CONI certification as a Trail Running Coach, Athletic Trainer and in Nutrition and Sports Supplementation. Since 2014 she is President and sports executive of innovative technology startups and companies, including Trail Running Movement and Digital Sport 360. She trains elite trail running athletes and she teaches in trail running coach certification courses. She is an author of sports articles on training, nutrition and supplementation in trail running and running, both in Italian and in English and Spanish. She manages relationships and collaborations with Federations and Race Organizers.
