Is there a ranking for the best diets? Yes, this is confirmed by Dr. Felicina Biorci, an expert nutritionist, as well as an athlete, who collaborates with Trail Running Movement. There is a ranking for everything, “Biorci” says. The US News, a platform of the most authoritative American Universities and Hospitals where they run several researches, assigned a total score to 39 diets, and then detailed scores for the effetcs on weight loss, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.
