There is a ranking for everything, “Biorci” says. The US News, a platform of the most authoritative American Universities and Hospitals where they run several researches, assigned a total score to 39 diets, and then detailed scores for the effetcs on weight loss, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.

N° 1 Mediterranean diet. Score 4.2 /5
