DISCOVERY STAGE 5 TERRE

If you answered “Yes”, the Discovery Stage is the right choice for you!

The Discovery Stage is a multi-day training session tailored for sports people of all levels that:

  • Run to have fun e share emotions and experiences with people from around the World
  • Love to visit new places and learn about their history, culture and gastronomy
  • Are also interested in improving their knowledge about running, trail running and sports nutrition

The Stage takes place entirely in the 5 Terre National Park, running on average 20km per day on easy tracks, along old paths overlooking the sea, passing through small fishing villages.
During the Stage a TRM Coach, expert of the area, will guide the participants through the history and the local culture, visiting ancient sanctuaries and hidden places. The last day the participants will run the TRM Palmaria Run along the spectacular trail tracks of the Palmaria Island, UNESCO World Heritage Site.

    THE PROGRAM

    • 22/03 Free arrival and overnight stop in Levanto (optional, you can decide to join the stage the 23/03 at 8.00 am)
    • 23/03 1° Day – Group Training and guided sightseeing

    08.30 Transfer to Moneglia (15’)

    Moneglia – Levanto 21Km through the small seaside villages of Deiva Marina, Framura and Bonassola

    Overnight stop and dinner in Levanto

    • 24/03 2° giorno – Group Training and guided sightseeing

    08.30 Levanto – Riomaggiore 20km through the small seaside villages of Monterosso, Vernazza and Manarola

    Overnight stop and dinner in Riomaggiore

    • 25/03 3° Day – Group Training and guided sightseeing

    08.30 Riomaggiore – Portovenere 18km

    Seafront Porto Venere, fast walking (1km)

    Overnight stop and dinner in Portovenere

    • 26/03 4° Day – Run & Have Fun

     08.00 Transfer by boat to Palmaria Island

    TRM Palmaria Run 11km 600m D+

    Bye-Bye lunch, award and end of the stage in the afternoon

    PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER: 50% at reservation, full payment within the 1st of March 2017.

     CANCELLATION POLICY:

    • up to 20 days before the stage, 85% refund
    • from 20 day up to 10 days before the stage, 50% refund
    • above 10 days before the stage no refund.

    Upon receipt of the reservation deposit – or within 15 days from the starting date – the full program and all detailed information related to materials, equipment, clothing and food will be delivered to the participants

     REGISTRATION TERMS & NOTES:

      • The stages will take place with a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 20
      • The TRM Coach and Team, being responsible for the safety of the group, may decide to temporarily or definitely suspend the participant to the Stage if the athlete is judged unable to proceed. No refund in both cases.
      • The stage will take place with any weather condition, as expected in Trail Running competitions.

    • 3 days / 2 nights
    • 49km, 2000m D+
    • 4-5h trail running in group per day
