The TRM Race Strategy is a PROFESSIONAL race plan developed by a TRM Coach according to a specific competition indicated by the athlete. Each plan is developed in relation to the race distance, from 45km to 1000km, and takes into account more elements such as the complexity of the competition, the weather conditions, the profile of the track, the refreshment points and life bases, the expected duration and the athlete’s goal. The Race Strategy is PERSONALIZED after a careful analysis of the athlete’s personal characteristics and evaluating his experience and results obtained in the past. The TRM Race Strategy has been successfully tested in first person by the TRM Coaches and dozens of athletes in the World, including athletes who participated in the Trail World Championships.
