Purchase

The TRM Endurance Stage is purchased with prepayment, with the possibility of withdrawal and / or full or partial reimbursement depending on the conditions under which is regulated.

Payment

The program can be purchased with:
  • Credit Card:
    Secure payment through GestPay that manages the main credit and debit cards
  • Bank Transfer:
    TRM Team ASD, Banca Sella IBAN IT92B0326801607052979323470
  • PayPal:
    Through the paypal.me/trmteam link and entering the desired program amount

Withdrawal and refunds

The withdrawal from the program is foreseen and consequent the reimbursement:
  • The withdrawal can be requested up to 5 days before the start date of the program.
  • The communication of the withdrawal must be sent by Midnight (24:00) on the 6th day before the start date to the following address: customer@trailrunningmovement.com and contextually to the PEC address: trailrunningmovement@pec.it
  • The Withdrawal is subject to reimbursement based on cancellation deadlines:
    • up to 60 days before the stage, refund of 100% of the amount paid, deducting bank and administrative costs of € 39;
    • up to 30 days before the stage, refund of 85% of the amount paid;
    • up to 5 days before the stage, refund of 50% of the amount paid;
    • from 5 days onwards, no refund.
The calculation and refund via bank transfer will require 15 working days.
