The Spezia Trail 5 Terre is a trail Running competition in the beautiful setting of the 5 Terre Nationa Park.
You have three races to choose from:
- 10km 500mt D+
- 18km 1047mt D+
- 31km 1800mt D+
During the weekend of the event, the city will welcome over 300/400 participants from all over Italy with their families and probably also from neighboring countries. In Piazza Europa, the central square of La Spezia, the exhibition and promotional area of the event will be held on Saturday afternoon, with numerous exhibitors of local and national value.
